Hi, I'm Markus

I'm an endurance athlete with a Master's degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology and a background in competitive swimming and strength and conditioning. Over the years I've raced everything from ultras to Ironman, and I'm constantly chasing the next level of performance.
